Privacy Policy

1. Google data accessed

Hermes Workspace may access the following Google data after the user grants OAuth permission:

• Google Account authorization information required to establish and maintain the authorized connection;
• Google Calendar data needed to read schedule context;
• Google Calendar event data needed to create or modify events requested by the user.

2. How the data is used

Google user data is used solely to provide user-requested productivity and scheduling functionality. Hermes may read relevant calendar information to understand the user's schedule and may create or update calendar events when the user asks it to do so.

Google user data is not used for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling.

3. AI-assisted processing

Hermes Workspace uses language-model processing to interpret natural-language instructions and to determine the actions necessary to fulfill the user's request. Only data necessary for the requested feature may be processed by service providers acting on behalf of Hermes, such as cloud-hosting or language-model inference providers.

Google user data is not used by Hermes Workspace to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

4. Storage and retention

OAuth credentials required to maintain an authorized Google connection may be stored on the application server for as long as the authorization remains active. Calendar information is processed as necessary to fulfill user requests and is not intentionally maintained by Hermes Workspace as a separate permanent archive of the user's Google Calendar.

Limited technical records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and reliable operation of the application.

5. Sharing and disclosure

Hermes Workspace does not sell Google user data. Google user data is disclosed only when necessary to provide the requested functionality through service providers processing data on behalf of the application, for security purposes, or when required by applicable law.

6. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect OAuth credentials and Google user data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Access to the application infrastructure is restricted to authorized administration.

7. User control and deletion

The user can revoke Hermes Workspace access to the Google Account at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Revocation stops future access through the revoked OAuth authorization.

Requests concerning locally stored Hermes Workspace data can be directed to the operator using the contact information published on hithat.ru.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

Hermes Workspace's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Hermes Workspace changes how it accesses or processes Google user data. The current version will remain available at this URL and the revision date above will be updated.
